Anti-RASL11B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RAS like family 11 member B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 248 amino acid residues and a mass of 27.5 kDa. It is reported to be widely expressed with highest levels in the placenta and primary macrophages. It is a member of the Ras protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include ras-like protein family member 11B. RASL11B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the RASL11B antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
