Anti-OR2A25 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 2 subfamily A member 25. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 310 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 2A27, olfactory receptor, family 2, subfamily A, member 24 pseudogene, olfactory receptor, family 2, subfamily A, member 25 pseudogene, and olfactory receptor 2A25. OR2A25 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and bovine species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR2A25 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
