Anti-RHOXF2B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein Rhox homeobox family member 2B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 288 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is reported to be expressed in the testis, mainly expressed in germ cells, but also detected in somatic cells such as Sertoli cells, Leydig cells and peritubular cells. A member of the Paired-like homeobox protein family, RHOXF2B is reported to be a transcription factor maybe involved in reproductive processes. Western Blot is a widely used application for the RHOXF2B antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
