Anti-OR6J1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 6 subfamily J member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 347 amino acid residues and a mass of 38.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 6J2, olfactory receptor, family 6, subfamily J, member 1 pseudogene, olfactory receptor, family 6, subfamily J, member 2, seven transmembrane helix receptor, and olfactory receptor 6J1. OR6J1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and rat species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR6J1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
