Anti-OR5L1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 5 subfamily L member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 311 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR5L1 is known to be involved with GPCR signaling pathways and the sensory perception of smell. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 5L1 and olfactory receptor OR11-151. ELISA is a widely used application for the OR5L1 antibodies listed below. In addition, Western Blot is also a common application.
