Anti-DVC1 Antibody Products

Anti-DVC1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The DVC1 antigen is another term for the human protein SprT-like N-terminal domain, encoded by the SPRTN gene. The protein is reported to be a DNA-dependent metalloendopeptidase that mediates the proteolytic cleavage of covalent DNA-protein cross-links (DPCs) during DNA synthesis, thereby playing a key role in maintaining genomic integrity. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 489 residues and a mass of 55.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. The DVC1 protein is a member of the Spartan protein family.

  • Recombinant REAfinity™ Antibodies

Recombinant REAfinity™ Antibodies for reproducible flow cytometry results Recombinant antibodies are the next generation of engineered flow cytometry antibodies, and represent the first truly fundamental shift in antibodies since monoclonals were first developed 40 years ago. Recombinant antibodies are derived from a defined set of genes, and the production process is highly standardized. Therefore, these antibodies are consistent in their structure and performance, leading to high experimental...
  • Anti-Iba-1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated

Anti Iba-1 is specifically reactive to microglia and macrophages, and are appropriate for immuno-double staining of brain tissues and cell culture in combination with monoclonal antibody to GFAP, which specifically reactes to astrocytes.

  • Beautiful Imaging of Zebrafish Eosinophils

We ordered this antibody as a custom antibody from Boster Bio to stain for zebrafish eosinophils in FFPE tissue sections and fixed cells. It works wonderfully: very bright, with no relevant background or off-target staining, and highly reproducible.
  • Conjugated Antibody From Proteintech to Label HA-Tagged Proteins

I express recombinant proteins with HA tag in mammalian cells and try to monitor condensate formation with osmotic stress. Since there are no good antibodies against my protein of interest, tagging with a small HA tag allows visualization of my protein with the help of immunofluorescence.
