FGF6 ELISA Kits

FGF6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein fibroblast growth factor 6, which is encoded by the FGF6 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to play an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation, cell differentiation, angiogenesis and myogenesis, and is required for normal muscle regeneration. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 208 residues, a mass of 22.9 kDa, and is a member of the Heparin-binding growth factors protein family. It is known to be secreted. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include HST2, HST-2, HSTF-2, heparin secretory-transforming protein 2, heparin-binding growth factor 6, and HBGF-6.

Some FGF6 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 1.37 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
