I have consistently relied on the Anti-HA High-Affinity antibody (clone 3F10) for its exceptional specificity in recognizing the YPYDVPDYA epitope derived from the human influenza hemagglutinin (HA) protein. I specifically used it to purify HA-tagged proteins from mammalian expression systems under non-denaturing conditions.
