The human IFN-Gamma ELISA kit is a very reliable kit for the estimation of IFN-gamma from human plasma, serum, or cell culture supernatants. I have used this kit for estimating the levels of IFN-Gamma in T cell culture supernatants. The standards given in the kit are very good and protocol of ELISA is very simple and the results are accurate. In addition, the O.D. can be measured by any simple ELISA reader also with standard filters.

We measured IFN-gamma cytokine levels in T cells culture supernatant. It as a co-culture assay where Treg cell suppression was monitored by estimating the IFN-gamma production by CD8 T cells.
