CellTiter-Glo® 3D has been used in a viability assay to evaluate the cytotoxicity of lipidic nanoparticles loaded with drugs on human osteosarcoma spheroids. The spheroids were treated with nanoparticles to have different final drug concentrations, after 24h the assay was executed.
