Used to assay T cell proliferation in response to stimulus. The reagent works well and I can see nice peaks representing division. This reagent is slightly more toxic than other versions I have used, but changing dilution fixes it in my hands. Overall, very good reagent, others in different channels are better due to toxicity.

Able to see the result of different stimuli on T cell proliferation. In response to stimulus, T cell populations proliferate and dilute out the dye resulting in distinct populations arising by flow cytometry.

Requires some optimization due to toxicity
