This is extremely useful for me when I am doing PCR. I need a high quantity of RNA and this kit allows me to reach the levels I feel comfortable with to do PCR and understand how my experiments went. This product is extremely easy to use and we use it constantly to characterize the amount of RNA that we can get from this kit and then characterize the RNA through PCR.
