The cell line was infected with mock or test viral particles (10 moi) and after 36 hours of incubation in complete media a specific treatment was given and the cell extracts were prepared, proteins were resolved in SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with a test protein antibody. The blot was reprobed and normalized with beta-tubulin antibody. The antibody was purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology due to a previous good experience with the same antibody.
