Company:

Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc

Product Name:

Influenza A NP Antibody

Catalog Number:

sc-101352

Clone Number:

The cell line was infected with mock or test viral particles (10 moi) and after 36 hours of incubation in complete media a specific treatment was given and the cell extracts were prepared, proteins were resolved in SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with influenza A NP antibody. The antibody was purchased from Santacruz Biotechnology by reading its datasheet published on the manufacturer's website.

Applications

Western Blot

Sample

Total extract from virus infected and non-infected cells

Primary Incubation

1:500 in skimmed milk (5%), overnight at 4 degrees Celsius

Blocking Agent

Skim milk (5%), 2h at RT

Secondary Incubation

Goat-anti mouse IgG-HRP (1:4000), 1h at RT
