We put 1E6 dendritic cells per well which are adherent and grow very well and uniformly on the TC bottom. The plate is sturdy and never cracks. The only downside is the lid does not fully seal so be careful not to drop the plate. Additionally, it can be very difficult to remove cells once they have adhered to the bottom. We typically scrape with a transfer pipet to dislodge.
