The study aimed to test the effect of an on-target siRNA on Cullin 2/CUL-2 protein levels in human cells. The transfected cells were transfected with on-target siRNA, and after incubation for 36 hrs, the cultured cells were synchronized and treated with a growth factor. The cells were lysed, protein extracts were made, and resolved in 10% SDS-PAGE. The resolved proteins were immunoblotted with Cullin 2/CUL-2 antibody to detect their levels. The selection of antibodies was based on information provided in the antibody flyer.
