Human cells subjected to a specific treatment were homogenized and prepared protein extracts were examined to test the effect of the particular treatment on FAK protein levels. For these extracted proteins which were resolved in 10%, SDS-PAGE was immunoblotted with Abcam FAK Ab. The selection of FAK from Abcam was based on previous experience and the information provided in the antibody flyer.
