Company:

Abcam

Product Name:

Anti-beta Catenin antibody [E247]

Catalog Number:

ab32572

Clone Number:

N/A

SDS-PAGE resolved human protein extracts from cell lines exposed to different periods of a growth factor were immunoblotted and probed with the anti-beta-catenin antibody. The aim was to test the effect of time course effects of growth factor on beta-catenin protein levels. The selection of antibodies from Abcam was based on the information provided in the supplier antibody flyer.
