In the present experiment, the human primary cells were exposed to a specific treatment for different time intervals, and the tissue samples were collected. The collected cells were homogenized in RIPA buffer, and protein extracts were prepared. Further, an equal amount of proteins from control and treatment groups were resolved in 10% SDS-PAGE, immune-transferred, and probed with FABP4 Antibody obtained from Novus Biologicals. The selection of antibodies was based on the merits shown in the antibody flyer.
