I wanted to stain the expression of NKG2C on the surface of peripheral adaptive NK cells. Therefore, I stained human PBMCs in serial dilutions from 1:25, 1:50, 1:100, 1:200, 1:400, and 1:800 respectively from left to right as seen in the image attached.
