If you check to supplier page, you will see that antibody is just for western blotting. But, maybe I tried more than 10 caspase 3 antibodies, and this is the best. It gives excellent signals in many kinds of animal tissues and cell cultures.

I got very specific signaling with correct morphology (apoptotic cell) on A549 human cell line. Excellent antibody for apoptosis detection. Zero background. Nice dilution rate. Legend: all brown-red stained cell are caspase 3 positive cells.
