IκBα is a cellular protein that actually function as to inhibit the transcription factor NF-κB. It blocked the nuclear localization signals and masks the NF-κB and due to this it remains inactive state in the cytoplasm. Apart form this, IκBα masks the ability of NF-κB to bind to DNA, which is essential for NF-κB's proper functioning. Here we checked the time course effect of NF-kB phosphorylation by chemoattractant.

We performed western blot and detect, analyzed the NF-kB phosphorylation. We found that there is a a time dependent increase of NF-kB phosphorylation by chemoattractant.
This is a antibody and works great for western blot
This antibody works great for western blot to study the phosphorylation of NF-kB. Highly recommended.
