Since 8-OHdG is present in most somatic cells, it is necessary to adjust the titration each time according to the work to be done. So i can say that optimization of this antibody is difficult. I got good result on central nervous system after adjusted to dilution rate with many tries.

I got nice result on central nervous system after adjusted to dilution rate with many tries. I am also using it experimental liver, kidney and pancreas works. I dilute it differently for each tissue and type of work. Legend: 8-OHdG positive ischemic neurons in the hippocampus.

I can say that optimization of this antibody is difficult. But it is not caused by this product. 8-OHdG is not an antigen that can be easily measured immunohistochemically.
