I wanted to stain the expression of CD141 on the surface of peripheral cDC1s, so I therefore stained human PBMCs in serial dilutions from 1:25, 1:50, 1:100, 1:200, 1:400 and 1:800 respectively from left to right as seen in the image attached.

I like this antibody, it's extremely bright and the CD141hi population (real cDC1s) will be quite distinguishable from the CD141int population (monocytes) with the use of CD11c as well. Recommended titration: 1:200.
