I have tested this antibody in many animal species immunohistochemically. It works in cats, dogs, rats, humans, sheep, cattle and buffaloes. A clean, sharp and remarkable titer result can be achieved.

Peroxidase conjugated streptavidin - AEC chromogen, 30 minutes, room temperature.
ABC-peroxidase method
I have used this antibody in tissues of various animal species blocked in paraffin fixed with formol. As antigen detection, I applied microwave in 20 minutes in Citrate buffer, pH 6.0 solution. the results were quite satisfactory for each species I mentioned before.
