I need to quantify the concentration of cathepsin-L in human serum samples. I received the product in less than 48 hours and with good packaging. All necessary materials were present and the assay works as needed and gave a strong linear result allowing me to quantify my samples.

It did not seem like this would work well if stored. I used immediately.
Confirmed the level of cathepsin-L in human serum at 0.730 ng/mL. I did not need all 94 wells but it is good to know I have this in the future. The calibration resulted in a linear result with little variation and appeared to be highly accurate. This was to confirm an additional approach to detecting cathepsin I hope to publish soon.

Takes a while, directions need to be accessed online.
I would highly recommend this to someone who wants to know how much Cathepsin-L is present in a sample.
