I use this kit to isolate NK cells from PBMC. It works with negative selection, thus there are no magnetic particles remaining with the purified cells.

I use home made easy sep buffer (PBS with 2% FSC and 1 mM EDTA)
I use fresh PBMC to isolate NK cells. I check purity after isolation with anti-CD56 staining, and I have always obtained a good purity so far, around 85-90%.
Really simple and quick isolation.
Very expensive.
Effective but very expensive.
