Citrate-anticoagulated human whole blood was diluted 1:10 in HEPES-Tyrodes-BSA containing TLR9 Antibody (26C593.2) [PE] with or without 10 µg/mL CRP-XL (platelet agonist). Lyse/fix buffer was added, and samples were acquired by flow cytometry. TLR9 Antibody (26C593.2) [PE] allowed clear resolution of activated/degranulated platelets.
Bright signal allows good resolution of TLR9.
This antibody allows good detection of TLR9 on the surface of activated/degranulated platelets.
