I used this antibody to characterize the NK cells in a CD32b conditional Knock out mice (natural killer cells are missing the CD32b) by analyzing the lymphocytes in the blood using FACS analysis.

This antibody stained very clearly. I was able to compare the NK cells in the CD16 cKO mouse and the CD32b cKO mouse and saw that the the CD32b cKO mice were indeed missing the CD32b receptor.
It is not very expensive and it is very effective!
It requires to be used at somewhat high concentration for clear results.
Although it has to be used at a low dilution, it shows great signal!
