I used this antibody to characterize the NK cells in a CD16 conditional Knock out mice (natural killer cells are missing the CD16 receptor). I analyzed suing flow cytometry the blood of a CD16 conditional knock out mouse and compared it to the blood of a CD32b conditional knock out mouse.

incubated 30min at 4°C in blocking reagent (1:50 dilution)

This antibody stained very clearly. I was able to compare the NK cells in the WT and CD16cKO mouse and saw that the the cKO mice were indeed missing the CD16 receptor.
It is not very expensive and it is very effective!
Only useful for FACS.
This antibody requires to be used at a somewhat concentrated amount, but it is an effective antibody.
