I used this antibody in combination with anti-CD27 antibody for FACS staining on enriched Natural Killer cells, to track the maturity of the NK cells. (Most mature= CD11b hi, CD27 low)

The antibody is effective as it clearly indicated the maturity levels of the NK cells being analyzed. I didn’t have any problems with compensation when it was used in combination with an antibody in BUV395.
The results were specific and reproducible. It did not create compensation problems when used with 10 additional fluorophores.
Only useful for FACS
This antibody is reliable.
