Used to study NETosis in primary mouse neutrophils. In the figure below, no signal is detected under mock stimulation conditions either in the cell pellet, or in the supernatant. Upon stimulation with E. coli, we see strong citrullination after 3 hours.
Strong signal.
Very useful in the study of NETosis.
