After doing an adoptive transfer of 1:1 ratio of CD45.1+ and CD45.2+ Natural Killer cells into a double positive B6 mouse, we used the BV510 anti CD45.1 antibody to do a FACS analysis of the blood of the recipient mouse. We did this to ensure a successful transfer of a 1:1 ratio of the donor cells.
Flow Cytometry

Incubated 30min at 4°C in blocking reagent (1:100 dilution)

When used in par with an anti-CD45.2 antibody, the BV510 anti-CD45.1 antibody helped us identify a successful 1:1 injection of CD45.1 and CD45.2 NK cells into our donor mice.
The results were specific and reproducible. It did not create compensation problems when used with 10 additional fluorophores.
Only useful for FACS.
Antibody has great signal. Highly recommended.
