I use this separator on a MACS multi-stand for column depletion of mouse lymph nodes and splenocytes weekly. These magnets work well, and it is really nice to have four in a row which nicely fit on the MACs multi-stand.

Takes a minute to figure out how to set up falcon tubes under the magnets for collection.

If you are looking for column deletion, buy this along with the MACs multi stand and then easily column deplete cells with LS or LD columns!
