We transduced a Cas9 plasmid in multiple cancer cell lines. We used this antibody to validate the expression of Cas9 in these cell lines using Western blot technique. We used this antibody to screen multiple clones expressing Cas9.

We observed a band at the expected size just in the cells that were transduced with the plasmid. We also are able to chose the clones with the best expression.
Excellent signal and with a robust band at the expected size.
You can't reuse the antibody more than a couple of times.
The antibody has great signal and it's very easy to use, highly recommended.
