We were phenotyping some human T cells isolated from PBMC-humanized mice, so we used hTNFa to assess cytokine secretion following in vitro stimulation. The antibody stains hTNFa+ cells very clearly, allowing us to compare the proportion of cytokine-secreting cells in different experimental conditions.
