Used this antibody from Abcam to validate endothelial cells isolated from mouse brain tissue at 1:1000 dilution. The bands are very faint, though it could be due to the low sample.

Used to validate endothelial cell isolated from mouse brain. vWF is specific to brain ECs. The bands are very faint, though it could be due to low sample. I tried other markers but this one worked the best.
Better than others.

I haven't found a better alternative so I recommend.
