A TCR-transduced cell line was stained with with tetramers containing the target peptide, made with 2 different fluorochromes(PE/APC). All cells were nicely stained with both both fluorochromes.
Strong signal, tiny amounts required
Each batch needs to be re-titrated for optimal staining and minimization of background signal
