The RD cell lysate (0.06mg of protein/well) was separated by 6% SDS-PAGE and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. We confirmed the signal to be HUWE1 by generating the HUWE1 knockdown cell lines and found the intensity of the band was reduced in HUWE1 KD cell lines.
Very good, strong signal, and clear.
Non-specific band, but may not affect results of WB.
