I have been using this antibody for several years to detect PSD95 proteins in various cell lines using Immunoblotting.

The results are very clear. There is one clear band at expected molecular weight. Only minimal background staining compared to isotype control could be detected.

I recommend this for Immunoblotting. Overall It works very well.
