Aim of the study was to test the role of specific treatment on AMPK alpha 1 protein levels in the mouse tissue. Tissue proteins from each group of mice treatment were extracted and resolved in SDS PAGE. Resolved proteins were western transferred in the nitrocellulose membrane and immunoprobed for AMPK alpha 1 antibody obtained from Novus Biologicals.

The excellent, bright single band of Novus Biologicals was observed. Not a single non-specific band was observed with this antibody.
