Cells from human cell line was subjected to specific growth factor treatment, and cell extracts were prepared. Anti p53 antibody has detected a specific band of p53 protein. Together with this, many other non-specific bands of proteins were also detected. Besides this, there was a significant effect of the treatment on p53 protein levels in human cells.
