The mouse which was subjected to treatment was sacrificed, and protein collected from tissues were examined to test the effect of the procedure to mice on target proteins and blot was normalized with alpha tubulin protein levels. In brief, extracted proteins from these tissues were resolved in 10%, SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted for alpha tubulin using Thermo Fisher Scientific Ab. The selection of alpha tubulin from Thermo Fisher Scientific was due to excellent band shown in antibody flyer.

Enhanced chemiluminescent detection in X-Ray film
The antibody has detected a single and specific band of alpha tubulin protein at nearly 50 kDa. Here, the protein marker used was low range protein marker from Bio-Rad.
