The aim of the experiment was to check the phosphorylation of different proteins in primary microglia cells under control conditions compared to treated with the substance of interest (LPA). We also wanted to see the effect of inhibition of LPAR5 (using the TCLPA5 inhibitor) and PKD family (using CRT inhibitor) on LPA induced changes.

Summary

The Good

Excellent antibody

The Bad

A bit expensive but really reliable

The Bottom Line

We had problems detecting phosphoPKD2 in our samples. It was the only antibody (after 4 that we tried) that gave good and reproducible results. Highly recommended!
