ROTI®Blue is a colloidal Coomassie® brilliant blue G250 staining agent for proteins in polyacrylamid. Hela cells WCL was load in SDS 4-12% precast gel, followed by staining with ROTI blue.

Gel water methanol and ROTI blue 5x solution
No need to destain the gel after use, water can wash out the excess.
Hela cells WCL was loaded and a beads based purification was performed. Both WCL and eluate were loaded in 4-12% SDS gel and stained overnight. Water was used to destain the gel.for 15 ml of Roti blue solution: 5ml of ROTI blue, 5 ml of water and 5 ml of methanol were mixed
