The chip assay is used to study the protein DNA interactions. We used this kit to study the effect of Nrf2, a master transcription factor, for stress responses. We used this kit to study novel genes that can be regulated by Nrf2 transcription factor. This kit can be used to fish out all the novel genes under Nrf2 control. We used rat heart cell line h9c2 cell lysate in the course of the study.
