I use pure serial dilution BSA solution to get a standard curve. Then triplicate measurement of each sample gives very accurate concentration of the protein.

This reagent is so essential for my daily experiment to quantify the protein levels in different samples. The sample loading amount is always consistent when I calculate based on this reagent, and gives very consistent results.

I think this reagent is a must-have item for a biology lab. It is compatible with bromophenol blue. You'll have to wait for 5 min before the detection, however.
