This reagent kit will help you to quantify the protein band more accurately because using the total protein level for normalization is more accurate than using one stable protein as a loading control.

I have recommended this product to all of my labmates. This item is much more sensitive than Ponceau S staining. You can also quantify using Odyssey CLx imager and Image studio software.
