This antibody kinda sucks, when titrated on PDL1+ cells it only really starts to show a signal above 1:60, and even then it is weak. I wouldn't recommend using this antibody below 1:20 if you're using a static concentration for a staining panel.

This antibody isn't the best, but if you can't use other PDL1 clones for some reason, it will indeed stain the PDL1+ population if used at a high concentration.
