Clone Number:

Polyclonal

BV2 microglia cells were treated with 1µM LPA in the presence or absence of LPAR5 inhibitor. The inhibitor was tested for its efficacy and changes in its effect after different pre-incubation periods. Changes in the expression of pERK were detected using immunoblotting.
